RETURNS

• Cancellations once the shipping has been sent are not accepted.
• Please contact me in case any issues arise with your order.
• Returns shipping costs/fees are on the buyer. 
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of package delivery.
• The item(s) must be in original conditions and original packaging.
• Once a returned item has been received, a refund of your purchase will be issued within 4/5 days. A confirmation email will be sent.
• FOR ALL DIGITAL MEDIA: due to the nature of the media -instant download- returns or cancellations are not accepted.
